Robert was rad. I never had been to this place but I popped in to ask a few questions about my car & everything was worked out very smooth & easily! He is very knowledgeable and explains things thoroughly. If you have a chance to bring your car in here, do it! Thank you Robert!

I can't even begin to say enough positive things about all of the staff here at Doctor of Motors. Our vehicle was repaired in a timely fashion and we couldn't be happier. I reached out to Robert at Doctor of Motors needing to have brake work down quickly as my son was leaving out of town. They got me in the next day, quickly assesed the car, provided clear communicationand pricing and work was done next day. I appreciated the communication and check in as they found addtional concerns. The car drives like a new vehicle. I will most certainly continue using this shop for all of our vehicles!

Robert was straightforward about what they found wrong with my car and what they were going to do to fix it. He finished the work when he said he would, thoroughly explained what they did and why, and made recommendations moving forward. Update 7/24: downgrading to 3 stars. Apparently they had put brakes on my bmw 328i that were not ideal and never stopped squeeling (forget the specifics). It was a different mechanic who informed me of this and installed better, more appropriate brakes. I'm assuming this is out of ignorance or unfamiliarity from Doctor of Motor's and not purposeful.
