Best shop in town !!!! fast … professional ….and honest. came in from out of town check engine light came on. i stop by another shop to get my work done they would not touch it for less the $120 just to diagnose my problem. And said wont be done till Monday morning at the earliest. needless to say I left and stopped off and spoke with Dr. Jesse (the man) he read my code for free …found the part and replaced it for me back on the road no time…no more engine light. Just as cheap to fix it there then to find out what the problem was at the other spot.Dr Jesse to the recue !

It’s so hard to find an honest mechanics, especially when you don’t know anything about cars. I am so happy I finally found one. :) I had Jesse change my oil and check the fluids in my car today and I am extremely happy with my service. I mentioned to him that my car was making a squeaking noise and he tightened my belt for free and fixed the squeaking. It’s so hard to find an honest mechanics, especially when you don’t know anything about cars. I am so happy I finally found one. :) Jesse is the only mechanic I will be taking my car to from now on.

Trustworthiness, professionalism, and great customer service are just a few of the things you'll experience at doctor of motors. Nobody likes having to take their car in to be serviced, but they make it a great experience, without breaking the bank. They gave me a ride back to my house when my car was going to take a while AND picked me up when it was ready. They have even suggested waiting a little longer on replacing a part/preforming a service I brought my car in for, rather than trying to take my money right away for a repair I didn't really need. You wouldn't get this kind of honesty from other mechanics! I suggest calling at least a day in advance and setting an appointment, as they get very busy. Reason being that so many locals trust them with their vehicles, it fills up their schedule pretty quick!

Dr. Of Motors is amazing! Not only do they offer great prices on oil changes, they are speedy and the entire staff is super friendly. I have taken my car into the Dr. Of Motors many times and every time they walk me through the steps of what needs to be done, as well as give me information on what other problems might be lurking around the corner. Jesse is fantastic and has helped me get my car back on the road time and time again! The Dr. Of Motors is the only place I take my car in Chico.

I had to have my car smogged and this was a fantastic place to go to! I was very pleased with my experience here! Everyone was very nice and I was in and out of there in 20 minutes.

These guys are AWESOME. I brought my 04 Ford f150 in for a load of repairs and a deadline for them because I needed it for a weekend trip. They ended up staying way after closing time to finish my truck, and the owner even offered to come in early the next morning to meet me so I could leave for my trip on time. Most auto shops would have told me I'm out of luck, but these guys really worked hard to complete my request. Doctor of Motors will bend over backwards for you if needed - really great customer service! If you want an auto shop that actually cares, look no further!

These guys did the job that I was struggling with and I am very grateful that they got the job done in a timely manner. I will do business again with Doctor of Motors if I can't do the job myself

I had a really great experience with Doctor Motors today! I came straight home to write the review because I was so pleased with their service and work. They took great care of me (and my car!) and were really honest and straightforward about everything. Initially I went in for a quick fix (my car alarm was having some problems and going off randomly) and they took care of it straight away with no wait time or hassle, plus they were friendly and fun to talk to. They even fixed a dent I had in my car that I was just going to try to ignore. I really recommend them and was very pleased with their service. I find it hard to find reliable auto repair shops in town (a lot of the time I feel like I'm being overcharged) but I didn't get that from Doctor of Motors at all. I will definitely go back there if my car has any problems in the future. 10/10!! Good work guys!
