Dr. Of Motors is amazing! Not only do they offer great prices on oil changes, they are speedy and the entire staff is super friendly. I have taken my car into the Dr. Of Motors many times and every time they walk me through the steps of what needs to be done, as well as give me information on what other problems might be lurking around the corner. Jesse is fantastic and has helped me get my car back on the road time and time again! The Dr. Of Motors is the only place I take my car in Chico.

I had to have my car smogged and this was a fantastic place to go to! I was very pleased with my experience here! Everyone was very nice and I was in and out of there in 20 minutes.

These guys are AWESOME. I brought my 04 Ford f150 in for a load of repairs and a deadline for them because I needed it for a weekend trip. They ended up staying way after closing time to finish my truck, and the owner even offered to come in early the next morning to meet me so I could leave for my trip on time. Most auto shops would have told me I'm out of luck, but these guys really worked hard to complete my request. Doctor of Motors will bend over backwards for you if needed - really great customer service! If you want an auto shop that actually cares, look no further!

I had a really great experience with Doctor Motors today! I came straight home to write the review because I was so pleased with their service and work. They took great care of me (and my car!) and were really honest and straightforward about everything. Initially I went in for a quick fix (my car alarm was having some problems and going off randomly) and they took care of it straight away with no wait time or hassle, plus they were friendly and fun to talk to. They even fixed a dent I had in my car that I was just going to try to ignore. I really recommend them and was very pleased with their service. I find it hard to find reliable auto repair shops in town (a lot of the time I feel like I'm being overcharged) but I didn't get that from Doctor of Motors at all. I will definitely go back there if my car has any problems in the future. 10/10!! Good work guys!

Should've never brought my car here. They had no idea what was wrong (I have a Mini Cooper S) and why my car wasn't starting properly. Kept it for a week and problem still occurred when I got it back. On top of it ordered parts to fix my back hatch, was the wrong part and didn't even fix it and I paid for it. I wanted my car back so bad that I just left with the problem still happening. Took it somewhere in Sac and problem was fixed same day. Dr of motors - If you don't know what the problem is or haven't worked on minis before do the customer a favor and say you can't do the work. Don't waste my time and money. -Stay away from this place-

Jesse was extremely helpful and accommodating. He worked with me to stay within my budget and ensure my car was properly taken care of, going above and beyond my expectations.

I have been to this shop and it is the only shop I trust with repairs. They even replaced a faulty belt under warranty without a problem following another repair since it was just out of warranty. They are informative; not pushy. UPDATE: I have been to this shop for four years now and I can say they still have great service. They stand behind their work and will get the job done.

Worst service ever in all my years !! They have no clue on what is going on in the shop .They charged my son $ 1600.00 for service on his car. We went to pick it up and they said it ran great .It did not make it around the block and was missing parts of the motor .Had to tow it back out of our pocket and it took them 2 weeks to say they had no clue why !!! No refund for nothing !! All they want to do is change parts and guess!! Please save your time and money and go elsewhere !!
