Doctor of motors great service very understanding I told Robert that I'm driving down the street and the car would turn off it will take about half hour for the car to restart when I'm stopped at a stoplight the car will stop running I have to push the car out of the intersection to the side of the road Robert looked at my car I can't pay a lot of money he kept the cost very low where I could afford it he fixed and replace three of my sensors in the car where it does not turn off when I'm driving driving or or at a stoplight now my my wife can drive the car now

The repair we paid hundreds of dollars to have done did not last 1 month, luckily we got a warranty and had someone else fix it. Had to pay for a second alignment because of their poor work. Also, a family member had their transmission fluid changed by Doctor of Motors only to find out the fluid was never changed.

Hi Janelle I remember talking with you about this. We replaced a tie rod end on the driver side and another shop out of state had said it needed to be replaced again. Sometimes parts do go bad before they are expected to. This is why we have a 2 year nationwide warranty. As far as I knew the warranty company paid for the repair. If that did not happen then call me personally and I will get to the bottom of it for you.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!! Completely unprofessional! I called two days prior to taking my car in! TWO DAYS!! I get to the mechanics and tell him the EXACT same thing that I said on the phone that two days ago! Then he proceeds to tell me that he won’t look at my car and won’t “diagnose it”. He said he’ll do my oil change but won’t check the car, “he’s sorry”. First and foremost, that’s not only unprofessional but extremely inconsistent to what you portray on your website. I risked my car potentially breaking down to get it there. I called to tell him that not only did I waste my gas getting there, but that I also wasted my time! I waited two days to take my car there because he told me on the phone that he can garentee that he finds the problem. He proceeds to tell me that “I scare him and talking to him in person was different” and that “people make mistakes”. So basically your saying your not confident in your work. He then tells me that he could potentially put a defective part in the car on accident or the part he puts in could be defective. What kind of company are you running???? STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

Super friendly service and didn't take long at all to get my smog check. It was also a reasonable price compared to a lot of places. Definitely coming back for some of my other automotive needs

Went her to have a car I was selling inspected before the sale. I am a mechanic myself and I feel like they were very honest about their observations. Based on that visit if I were to need service that I didn't want to get into I would consider this place first. Nice people and fast service.
