Great work. Needed a smog check. Got it done right away. Went to 5 places who couldn't service a 1999 vehicle. Pep Boys were just lousy. Not these ladies. Great work

Update: Under new management way better service. Went to have my car smogged. Waited for 20 minutes for them to take my car in even though I had an appointment. They finally took my car in and I noticed it sitting there for 45 minutes with the hood up. Then they put the hood down, waited another 20 minutes. I approached them and asked if they were finished. That is when they told me that they couldn't smog it because it didn't have a sticker on the aftermarket cold air intake. So I asked what they did for the last hour and 20 minutes. They said they immediately saw that it didn't have the sticker so they didn't do anything.

Every time I go in to this place I'm excited to have an exchange with them. The service is friendly, attentive, diligent, and honest by my standards. They listen to any problem I'm encountering with my vehicle, plainly note down all of my concerns and then investigates appropriately. On top of taking the time to correctly resolve the issues I'm having, they take another moment to educate me and explain the issue. This is truly invaluable to me personally. Business with them is business worth having.

Doctor of motors has been my go to mechanic since I moved to Chico 4 years ago. Their prices are fair, work is great and I never feel taken advantage of. Robert lets me know what I need to prioritize instead of making me feel like everything needs replacement ASAP. Will continue to take all my cars there!
